SAPHI is an independent specialty coffee shop business, partnering with quality independent producers such as bakers, dairy farmers and coffee roasters.
SAPHI is proudly 100% independently owned with zero institutional or venture capital funding.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
We believe value generated by businesses should be retained within local economies in which they operate.
We're opposed to businesses structured in a way that extracts value to the benefit of overseas investors.

The core range of SAPHI's menu offering will always be produced by independent businesses.
